1. About these terms
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the website https://voxmodule.it/ and the purchase of audio racks, hi‑fi furniture, and custom projects from Voxmodule.it (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and customization

  • Our products include premium MDF and glass audio racks, vibration damping systems, and tailored solutions.
  • Custom orders: dimensions, materials, and technical specifications will be agreed in writing (email or quotation). Any changes after confirmation may incur additional costs and delays.

3. Order and payment

  • Placing an order – you submit an order via our contact form, email, or phone. We will send a pro‑forma invoice for confirmation.
  • Payment – 100% upfront for standard racks; for custom projects: 50% deposit, 50% before shipping (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Prices – in EUR, excluding VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but confirmed orders are honoured at the agreed price.

4. Shipping and delivery

  • We ship from Busto Arsizio, Italy. Delivery times are estimates (usually 15‑30 working days for custom racks).
  • Risk of loss/damage passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the goods. Please inspect upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

5. Returns, cancellations, and warranty

  • Right of withdrawal (EU consumers) – you have 14 days from receipt to cancel without giving a reason, except for custom‑made goods (art. 59 of Consumer Code). Custom racks are non‑returnable.
  • Defects – we offer a 24‑month warranty for manufacturing defects (MDF, glass, decouplers). Warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear, or improper assembly.
  • Returns – for eligible standard racks, you pay return shipping. Refund will be issued after inspection.

6. Intellectual property
All content (text, images, designs, technologies) belongs to Voxmodule.it. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs.

7. Limitation of liability

  • We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profit, damage to audio equipment caused by improper installation).
  • Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing law and disputes
This Agreement is governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be resolved by the court of Verona (Italy).

9. Changes to these terms
We may update this Agreement. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
